Settings>Network & Internet>Status> Then scroll down to the bottom There is a link for Network Reset. I clicked this link, waited for the reboot. It was a very long reboot. On restart, I had to re-enter the WPA password to connect to my network. Once the Wi-Fi connected web pages started loading again.
